Yesterday we came together for R U OK? Day — a reminder that a simple “Are you OK?” can make a real difference.

Thanks to everyone who joined in, checked in and helped spread the message. Let’s keep the conversations going, not just yesterday, but every day. 💬💛

💛 R U OK? Day

Today is R U OK? Day — a reminder to check in with the people around us and ask the simple question: “Are you OK?”

Steps that could save a life:

☕ Ask R U OK?
👂 Listen without judgement
💬 Encourage action
🤝 Check in regularly

Looking after your own wellbeing matters too. If you’re struggling with your physical or mental health, speaking with your GP can be a good place to start.

R U OK? 💛
Let’s make checking in part of every day, not just today.

This Father's Day, we're celebrating every man who steps up with love. Whether you're a biological dad, a stepdad, a grandfather, a foster father, or someone who fills that role, today is for you.

We also know that for many, this day can be complicated-for those who have lost a child, for those facing infertility, or for men who aren't fathers but are incredible role models. We see you, too.

From all of us at MyDoc Healthcare, we hope you have a fantastic day filled with connection and joy.

Yesterday we swapped our stethoscopes 🩺 for anything red, for Red Nose Day 🔴 A huge thanks to our amazing patients and staff, for getting silly for a serious cause.

A special shout-out to our incredible Reception crew, for making sure we support the serious stuff without taking ourselves too seriously. ❤️

Our clinic is proudly wearing red tomorrow in support of Red Nose Day! 🎈✨

Every day in Australia, nine families lose a baby or child to SIDS, stillbirth, or miscarriage.

Red Nose Australia does incredible work funding research, supporting bereaved families, and providing lifesaving safe sleeping education.

To all the families in our local community who have been affected by pregnancy or infant loss: we see you, we support you, and our doors are always open if you need a safe space to talk or seek support.

'Get Red to save little lives and support grieving families' this Thursday, 27th August, and join us in supporting this important foundation!
