Hello all! After a Chaotic start to this year with moving the clinic and having a little holiday, I thought I'd check in and provide a couple of little updates!

Firstly, we have had some minor changes to our operating hours. The Bendigo clinic will now be open from 9.30-7.00 on both Mondays and Tuesdays. Our Saturday clinic was also undergone a revamp, it will now only operate once a month, but will be opening until from 9.00am -2pm instead of 12.00. Our family has had some work changes and this change was made to provide us with a better work/life balance whilst still providing a much-needed service.

Secondly, after 4 years, we have unfortunately had to implement a late cancellation/nonattendance policy. With an increasing amount of people not supplying sufficient notice or simply not attending, we can no longer go on this way. I am after all a small business as effected by the economy as everyone else. Therefore from tomorrow July 8th there will be a $50 fee applied to consults not attended or cancelled without 24 hours notice. If you have any concerns with this, please reach out. You can view our cancelation policy on our website.

We have a new phone and are back online! If there has been a call missed in the last day please get back in touch!

I will be in the clinic this morning and for a few hours Monday morning if you need to pick up any last minute gifts, stocking stuffers, vouchers or Holsters or Archie’s for yourself!

If I don’t see you I hope you all have a fabulous festive period, thank you again for another sensational year, surpasssing all my goals and expectations for my little business once again. I can’t wait to show you all what we have been working on for 2025. The clinic will be closed form Monday Lunch until Jan 6th but as always you will be able to book online in the meantime.
