🤒 Feeling unwell? Staying home when you’re sick can help protect your family, friends, colleagues, and the wider community.
Many seasonal illnesses, such as colds, flu, COVID-19, and other respiratory infections, can spread easily through coughing, sneezing, and close contact.
🏠 If You’re Feeling Unwell:
• Rest and allow your body time to recover.
• Stay home where possible, especially if you have a fever or significant symptoms.
• Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
• Eat nourishing foods if you can.
• Wash your hands regularly and cover coughs and sneezes.
• Consider wearing a mask if you need to be around others while unwell.
