We're so excited to have Stephen on board as our newest remedial massage therapist, available Mondays and Tuesdays.

A little about Stephen in his own words:

"I'm a passionate remedial massage therapist who genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. I believe everyone deserves to move with ease and live with less pain, so I take the time to listen, understand your needs, and tailor every treatment to you. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing ongoing tension, or simply looking to improve your wellbeing, my goal is to help you feel relaxed, supported, and empowered on your journey to better health."

Whether you're working through an injury, easing everyday tension, or just giving yourself some well-deserved care, Stephen would love to help you feel your best.

A heartfelt message to our valued clients

We need to share something important with you, and we hope you’ll take it to heart.

Right now we have a number of our incredible staff unwell - and sadly most of this has come as a direct result of clients attending their appointments while sick. We completely understand that life is busy, and that rescheduling can feel like an inconvenience, But the ripple effect of coming in when you’re under the weather is bigger than you might realise.

With several staff now home recovering, we’re finding it incredibly difficult to fulfil appointments for clients who are well and eagerly waiting to see us. People who have been looking forward to their visit - perhaps for weeks - are now missing out through no fault of their own, this breaks our hearts!

We love seeing you all, we truely do. But we love you enough to ask you to please stay home if you are:
• Experiencing a fever, cold, flu or any respiratory symptoms
• Feeling run down, nauseous or generally unwell
• Living with or caring for someone who is sick

If you’re not feeling your best, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
There will be no fees, no fuss - just kindness and understanding, because that’s what we would hope for in return.
