Weeds
When I moved house I wasn't sure what plants I would find in my new garden. I've been really happy to find most of the weeds that I use in my edible weeds workshop and also in my green oil workshop. Borage grows really well here - it always died in my old garden, it's a nice addition to a salad using the young leaves and the pretty flowers. It's also known as the 'herb of happiness' as it can lift the spirits. I'll be running my edible weeds workshop (a short introduction to their properties and uses) next Wednesday, August 5th, please let me know if you are interested. Green Oil will start on August 12th, this is held over 8 weeks (in two blocks 12.08 – 02.09, 07.10 – 28.10). I'll post more about this on my website later this week.

Clearing and Protection Workshop
A weekend workshop designed to help you understand and manage energies that may affect your energy field in the form of emotional radiation such as fear or ego; earth bound entities such as mischievous imp energy; energies affecting group consciousness; and pass over energy. Through the clearing procedure you will remove energy that is ill positioned or less than light in order that you can pursue your spiritual purpose in the face of pressure.
Greater awareness of the different energies that may impact your field and your purpose will help you to stay clearer and more focused on your path.
You will learn to clear on seven levels using the tools of candle burning, mandalas, shapes, colour, stone, metal and animal friends to help to transpose energy. This method of clearing and protection can support any healing modality in recognition that “no one way is the only way – no one’s way is the only way”. I've been using the Peace Space Clearing and Protection Procedure for over twenty years. It is an essential part of my daily practice and a service I perform for clients and friends.

Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year.

I have a tradition on New Year's Day to do a tarot reading for the year and create a vision board, I also select and essential oil and flower essence for the year. Sometimes a group of people join me. This is a quiet and peaceful way to start the year, getting a feel for the energy and direction it will take.
This year there are a few people planning to come, if you would like to join us please let me know.
You will need to bring a sheet of coloured cardboard and some magazines for pictures to cut out.

I'm back at work after a rejuvenating spell at the beach - I felt a need for salt water. Robe was beautiful with an energy that is quite different to that here in Bendigo. It was hard to return to the dry and the heat, which has been relentless this Summer. I would have liked another week...
