Your nervous system runs everything, and your spine protects it.

Every signal between your brain and body travels through your spinal cord and out through the nerves that branch from it. When that system is under constant stress, or when the spine isn't moving well, those signals can be affected.

Chiropractic care isn't a stress fix on its own, but supporting a nervous system that's under pressure is exactly the work we do every day. Adjustments help restore normal movement and reduce interference, giving your nervous system a better chance to shift out of overload and into recovery.
If you've been feeling wound up, it might be worth having your nervous system, not just your symptoms, looked at.

Getting sick more often than usual? Your nervous system might be the reason.

Chronic stress keeps your body in a state built for short term survival, not long term maintenance. Immune function is one of the first things to be deprioritised when your nervous system thinks it's under constant threat.

That's why people under prolonged stress often catch every cold going around, take longer to recover, or deal with flare ups of existing conditions.

It's not in your head. It's your nervous system managing its priorities, and right now, survival is winning over defence.

70% of your immune system lives in your gut.

So if you're eating like rubbish and wondering why you keep
getting run down there's your answer.

But here's what most people miss: your nervous system
regulates your gut too. It's all connected.

A spine that's moving well, a nervous system that's clear, a
gut that's working properly that's the foundation of a body
that can actually defend itself.
