Something I should have mentioned earlier but totally forgot about, there's a Discover the TM7 Features & Functions class on Thursday @ 7.30pm. It is open to anyone.

What does a boy need after a hard game of rugby union? Food. And lots of it. Thank goodness Mumma knows her way around the kitchen...nay, scratch that. The thermomix!!
I had spinach, I had feta and tasty cheese, I had loads of flour...what does that spell?? GOZLEME!!!

One child gives it 10/10, the other an 8/10...bc I'm not Turkish! Either way, I'm happy with the outcome. Plenty left to make some so the kids can take to lunch at school.

The great thing is, nothing fancy in it. Spinach, cheese, simple dough and cook it on the toastie maker!!!

Thermie for the win tonight. Am rather unwell and really couldn't be bothered to do anything but, alas, the family need to be fed. So, fire up the TM7 and get going with a winter fav - the Mexican stack. Not the best quality video but that's what happens when you can barely focus.

Getting back to basics and cooking a batch of vegetable stock and a soup. Pumpkin and caulifower to be exact. And, the soup uses the vege stock.
