ANOTHER NT FRIST! Striving for quality, safe and innovative health care through workforce development. Most of you will recognise our friendly administration team Chelsea and Kristyn.
RTHC would like to share with you the behind the scenes hard work and dedication the ladies do to ensure RTHC deliver the best possible care to our rural community. When our admin team are not busy following up with your requests they are hard at work studying. Kristyn is our Administration Officer Trainee currently completing a Certificate III in Business with Medical Administration electives through Dovaston Training and Assessment Centre, making her part of the first traineeship of its kind in the Northern Territory.
As the first point of contact for many patients, she plays a key role in coordinating appointments, recalls, results and communication with healthcare providers, helping patients navigate the health system with confidence and care.
Through this training, Kristyn is strengthening the clinic’s administrative systems and patient coordination, which improves efficiency for our practice and helps ensure our community has better access to organised, supportive and high-quality primary healthcare. Kristyn is supported by the entire RTHC team but especially super star Chelsea 🌟
