Meet Raelene, the newest Administration team member to join our team!
💭 Why did you choose this career?
"I moved away from healthcare for around five years, and really missed it. This role jumped out at me because I throughly enjoy supporting clients on there healthcare journey whatever it may be."
💭 What makes you jump out of bed each morning?
"I joined BFT nearly five years ago, it’s a structured gym & I love it. Generally I am up at 5:30am each day but at the moment I have mixed up my routine to ensure I have the rest I need. I will participate in my second Hyrox sporting event later this year."
💭 What is something you specialise in?
"Customer service, healthcare, administration, patient support, creating welcoming & inclusive healthcare environments."
💭 A fun fact about you!
"Turned 50 last year, have completed my first hyrox last year (relay), and participating again this year in doubles (very nervous)"

💚🎉💙Today we celebrate a very special anniversary. Our superstar admin team leader, Megan, has been with the Futures In Mind Family for 8 Years with a small 6 month break in between. This is her 4+4 year anniversary. You are a joy to work with and you have a wonderful way of making anyone who comes into Futures feel like a special part of the family. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Here is to many more + 4 years to come. 😉🎉✨😎

Today we closed the clinic for a team Professional Development morning. We were so lucky to have Australia's most prominent Adolescent Psychologist present on all things technology for use during therapy. Fabulous learning opportunity thoroughly enjoyed by the team!

"After my own struggles with mental health I saw how transformative psychology can be and decided that I wanted to help others grow and thrive in the same way I did."
💭 What makes you jump out of bed each morning?
"In a literal sense, my cat when he breathes directly in my face and demands food"
💭 What do you love about what you do at Futures?
"I find my work to be incredibly meaningful. Being able to connect with people and be apart of their lives is something I find very rewarding."
💭 A fun fact about you!
"I can solve a Rubik's cube in under a minute (sometimes, depends how warmed up I am)."

We’re thrilled to welcome back our Friendship Group for Term 3! 💛

Designed to support children and young people in developing social confidence and meaningful connections, this group provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where participants can learn, grow, and have fun together.

Through interactive activities, collaborative games, and shared experiences, participants will have opportunities to strengthen communication skills, build self-confidence, develop teamwork abilities, and practise positive friendship skills.

Whether your child is looking to improve social confidence, navigate friendships more effectively, or simply connect with peers in a welcoming setting, our Friendship Group offers a wonderful opportunity to build skills and create lasting connections.
