20 years as a sleep psychologist, and one of the biggest gaps I still see? Support for primary school-aged sleep.

Everyone talks about babies and toddlers… and then families are left to figure out the next decade alone.

So I made a resource to fill the gap! No guilt, no single ‘right’ way, just what actually works. Addressing the sleep challenges I hear about all the time from parents of school kids.

‘But I’m hungry!!’ The dreaded bedtime declaration…

If this happens in your house, you’re in the right place. There are a bunch of foods that are a great pre-bed snack and actually help with sleep.

That’s exactly why I wrote the Calmer Bedtimes E-books.

Everything I’ve learned - 6 years of psychology training. 18 years of clinical experience. And everything I’ve learned as a mum of four.

All in one place. On your phone. Right when you need it most.

So at 3am, you’re not guessing. You know how to respond. Gently. In a way that supports healthy sleep, not just getting you through the night. Like your own personal sleep consultant there with you.

There are two camps in baby sleep. You don't have to join either.

Gentle and baby-led. Structured and ‘sleep training’. Both are valid, both have good ideas. Both can work beautifully, and both can get really hard, sometimes overnight.

What doesn't get talked about enough: broken sleep isn't just a "baby" problem. It affects your mental health, your ability to function at work, your patience, your whole nervous system. That matters, and you're allowed to want more sleep without feeling like you've failed at attachment or failed at "doing it properly."

My approach isn't about picking a side. It's about finding what fits your family. Your values, your capacity, your baby, but an approach grounded in the research, not someone else's rulebook.

Wherever you're at with sleep right now, it's valid. And if you want support figuring out what's next, that's what I'm here for.
