Thank you Manali Manali Banerjee for a truly heartfelt, fun, inspiring, motivating class.
It was so special to see so many familiar beautiful faces - from LA, Bali, Brisbane, Gold Coast & our beloved Northern Rivers. Wow!!

I know Sal is smiling & is so proud. His presence was definitely felt in the room. 💫

She is Bikram’s niece, Director of Bikram Yoga Teacher Training (BYTT), has completed 25 BYTT & travels the globe conducting seminars, workshops & teaching Bikram Yoga. 😊

Hello everyone 🩷

Angel & I trust that you are all doing well.

The time has come for us, the studio and the beautiful land that we caretake to have a REST. 🥰

The studio will temporarily close from 10 August 2026 for approximately 6 weeks. A re-opening date will be advised asap.

When we are faced with challenges in life, it is an opportunity to lean in, learn & it certainly put things into perspective.
What I am learning is that whilst as humans we love to get things done, tick off the to do list, get busy, be of service - we can at times forget about the purpose of being alive which for me is to reflect on what I am learning, LOVE & CONNECT with myself and BE.

And so the time has come to nurture me (and my Angel of course). ☀️

We are so grateful for your ongoing support over the last 7.5 years. Every message, smile, kind word, tear & hug is precious. I know that my beautiful Sal feels this as well.😍

Please note the entrance to TUNNEL RD via Wilfred St is FLOODED at this stage. 💦

We advise to use the entrance at the intersection of Tunnel Rd & Coolamon Scenic Drive.

There may be some debris on Tunnel Rd so please take care. 🪶
