Dear clients,

As previously publicised, I have been on extended leave.

Unfortunately due to multiple personal circumstances, I've made the tough decision to close my business temporarily. I truly love educating and meeting new faces and have every intention to reopen however I am unsure when or where this will be.

I was 19 years old when I started IRFT, and never thought a small business idea could lead to such beautiful community connections and friendly chats on the street.

Thankyou so much for your continued support and the word-of-mouth which has helped IRFT grow into something amazing over the last 3 years.

BUSINESS UPDATE

I’m taking the next six months off to fully focus on my graduate program with the ambulance. This opportunity means so much to me, and I want to give it my full energy and commitment.

I aim to remain active on the business social media however will endeavour to start booking classes again from 1 May 2026.

I'm incredibly grateful for the support I've had along the way with my business and appreciate your understanding. I'm keen to come back and continue servicing my community.

Breast cancer is a diagnosis which changes the lives of families and communities.

2025 is our second year donating half of October's profits to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Your contribution has made it possible for us to nearly double our donation from last year.

A massive thankyou to our clients (Queensland Fire Department , Mulgildie State School and Baralaba Aged Care ) who booked us this month, and by doing so, increased our donation to the cause 🫶🏼

Early detection saves lives — knowing the signs and booking regular checks is so important.
✅ Look out for:
• New lumps or thickened areas
• Changes in size or shape
• Skin dimpling, redness or puckering
• Ni**le changes or discharge
• Ongoing pain in the breast or underarm
🎀 Women aged 50–74 can access free mammograms every 2 years through BreastScreen Australia.
This month, let’s wear pink, raise awareness, and support those affected by breast cancer. 💗
