Everyone can live a life of purpose and fulfilment, but sometimes we get stuck in the daily grind and lose sight of our true passions and dreams.

Veronica's story is one that many of us can relate to - feeling stuck in the daily grind, struggling to balance the demands of work and family, and yearning for a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment. When Veronica first saw me she was overwhelmed with life and had reached a point where she wanted to change but wasn’t sure how. She felt her life was trapped on a hamster wheel, juggling family and business commitments.

One Minute Stillness Practice -

Get started.
Sit comfortably. Keep your back straight, but relaxed. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose, and exhale gently through your mouth. Let your shoulders drop and relax.

Focus on your breath
Bring your attention to your natural breath. Feel the air coming in - and going out
That's it.

When your mind wanders
You might notice thoughts, plans, worries or distractions. That's okay
Gently notice the thought - and let it go.
Then return to the breath.

Be here now.
Feel your breath. Feel your body. Notice this moment, just as it is. You don't have to change anything.

One more breath.
Take a deep breath in - and a long slow breath out.
Feel calm
Feel present.

Gently return.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes. Carry this calm with you into your day.

A minute of stillness makes a difference.

Healing children can sometimes be easier than healing adults. Children are deeply connected to their parents energetically.

In many cases, healing work can be done through the parent, even when the child is not physically present.

Especially in the younger years, children absorb the emotional energy around them like a sponge.

Children often carry energy that was never truly theirs -

Arguments
Stress
Fear
Separation
Trauma

Children can unknowingly absorb those energies during important stages of development.

Later, this may show up as:

- Emotional outbursts
- Anxiety or sadness
- Behaviour changes
- Struggles at school
- Anger or withdrawal

Sometimes the child is "not bad" or "difficult"... They are carrying unresolved energy.

Energy can be stored for years.

A child may not consciously remember what happened around them... but the energy can still remain active in their field.

Even events from very early childhood can continue influencing how they feel, react and experience life years later.

Eagles Way Healing work focuses on clearing the energetic imprint - not forcing the child to relive painful moments.

Often the parent receives healing too.

During sessions for children, the parent's energy frequently needs clearing as well.

Why? Because children are often connected to the emotional patterns still active with the parent.

If the source energy remains, the child can continue reconnecting to it.

Healing both together can create lasting change.

By clearing heavy energetic patterns, it can help create more peace, balance and emotional freedom for both the child and the parent.

When the energy clears, the child can return to themselves.

Are you thinking "I would love to be an Energy Healer myself, but I can't even meditate - my mind won't stop, I keep getting distracted"

But meditation isn't about having no thoughts. It's about noticing when your mind has wandered and gently bringing it back. Every time you do that, you're actually practicing meditation. Your mind has spent years being busy, you can't expect it to become still overnight. It's just like training a puppy, you can't get angry when it wanders off. You simply guide it back over and over with kindness.

Start with 2 or 3 minutes a day. Focus on your breath, a sound or how your body feels. When thoughts come - and they will, don't judge yourself, just notice them' let them pass and return to your attention. The goal isn't a perfectly quiet mind, the goal is to become less controlled by your thoughts and more present in the moment.

Meditation is practice.

Observe your thoughts and then come back to the breath

My Journey to Eagle’s Way Healing

For much of my life, I didn’t know much about my Aboriginal heritage.

It wasn’t until I was an adult that I began exploring more deeply my family history and how it influenced who I am. The more I learnt, the more I felt a deeper connection to the wisdom, spirituality and understanding that has been passed through generations of Aboriginal culture.

For me, it was as though something familiar had been awakened. I felt drawn to a way of seeing the world that honours our connection to country, to Spirit and to each other. I believe our ancestors leave us more than stories—they leave us with a sense of belonging, intuition and wisdom that can unfold as we grow.

That journey inspired me to explore energy healing more deeply which eventually let to what is now known as Eagle’s Way Healing.

Over many years of developing, practicing and working with hundreds of people, I’ve distilled this healing modality into a simple, practical and powerful system that helps people identify energetic imbalances, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Eagle’s Way Healing is not about giving people something they don’t already have. It’s about helping them remember the healing ability that already exists within them.
