In no way is being a sensitive a weakness
It’s a gorgeous trait and has many many strengths

Sensitivity like anything while having incredible strengths is also not without challenges, the words below give some beautiful descriptions of what some may be 😘❤️😘

When a sensitive in your world goes to ground or retreats to nature and/or the animals, to a place of silence ~ it is a way for them/we/us to self soothe, to heal and to restore some peace, harmony and re energise their being 🙏

An overwhelmed nervous system is incredibly “jarring” whether you are a sensitive or not
Looking for ways to regulate it and self soothe is important for wellbeing ~ whatever that may mean for you 😘

For those who are deeply sensitive understand you are not broken, at present this world is incredibly challenging for many, sensitive or not, this affects your sensitivity ten fold and more…
I understand lovely souls I am also feeling this.

There is a rawness around at moment and it scratches on our fields it can be unsettling as it’s an unfamiliar feel.

So many many souls at the end of their tether right now. Teetering on the edge, wondering if today is the day?? Whether its that day that something no matter the size of that “something”, could be big, could be small will tip their scales either way!!!

Please if struggling lovely ones reach out for help
It is NOT weakness

We did not come to earth to walk it solo, unaided
We came to connect, to grow, to learn and to love
We need each other
We are all walking each other home 🙏❤️😘
