Independent Support Worker Needed
Flexible Hours (Monday to Sunday)
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to assist an adult participant with a spinal injury.
About the Role:
Flexible shifts available Monday to Sunday
Personal care support
Assistance with mobility and daily living activities
Community access and social outings
Wheelchair assistance required ( suitable transport)
Participant is able to walk short distances but requires support and supervision
Ideal Candidate:
Caring, patient, and respectful
Experience supporting people with physical disabilities or spinal injuries
Comfortable providing personal care
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
Relevant checks and qualifications (NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, etc.) desirable
