To be approved for HotDoc requests, you must comply with the HotDoc Terms & Conditions.
*Repeat prescription requests will only be considered if you have maintained regular appointments with your GP, with your last consultation being within the past 6 months!
*Antibiotics will not be prescribed via HotDoc under any circumstances. You must book a face to face appointment with a GP if you think you require antibiotics.
*If your request has been declined please phone the surgery on 4986 1179.
