Another wonderful talk this evening in Blackwood with Andrea and Jeremy Pluck from Remedial Therapies SA talking about The benefits of Remedial Massage and how it can be a wonderful part of your health care journey and treatment pathways for certain health conditions. We were joined by 140 participants. Don’t forget to practice your Necky neck, pitts, breathe and walk regime to assist your lymphatic system!

We had a fabulous turnout this afternoon for the Mitcham Wellness Session at St Michael’s Church.
We were privileged to have Richard Pascoe, Adelaide Tech Guy come to present on AI - the Good, The Bad & The Ugly! It was a fabulous session and over 140 participants.

A brilliant education session tonight with over 180 attendees with Professor Danny Eckert presenting the Topic: Sleep As We Age! Was an amazing talk.

Thank you for all that donated a gold coin, donated decorations and signed a star! This afternoon we set up our Mitcham & Hills Wellness Education Sessions Charity Christmas tree! It will be on view at Tiwu Kumangu all weekend for the Christmas Tree Festival and sold for charity.
Thanks to all that have contributed to 3 years of our program and the participants that turn up month after month. And those who get behind the other projects we do.
We appreciate you.
And we are back in 2026!

So very sorry for the late posts! It’s been a whirlwind month.

Last Friday, we had the beautiful Melanie Ingham ( Masters of Social Work) present on anxiety and Depression as we age.
We followed this by our awesome Mitcham & Hills Christmas party to thank participants and presenters for their involvement!
