Bringing Up Great Kids (BUGK) is a free, evidence-based parenting program designed to help parents build stronger, more positive relationships with their children. Through guided reflection and practical strategies, participants explore parenting styles, child development, communication, and behaviour while gaining tools to parent with greater confidence, connection, and mindfulness. Delivered over five sessions, BUGK provides a supportive environment where parents can learn, share experiences, and develop skills that foster healthy family relationships and positive outcomes for children.
