When I look at an HTMA report, I am not asking:
What is high? What is low? What supplement should I give her?
I am asking something different:
What does this information add to what I already understand about this person?
That small shift changes everything.
Because the report is not the centre of the conversation.
The woman is.
Her body. Her lived experience. Her environment. Her patterns. Her capacity. Her response.
HTMA gives me clues.
The woman gives those clues context.
And that is where the real work begins.
