Gentle holds, with healing touch and reiki infused into every session. These classes were designed for the overstimulated mind, a group session based off Rachel’s 1:1 reiki sessions, to help you come back to a more regulated state. Using a blend of reiki, touch and theta state meditation to drop you into calm and reconnect you back to your body 💛
