🎉 Day 1 4cyte Australian Dressage Championships 🎉

Big congrats to all riders, ponies and support crews - such a huge achievement just being on the draw of such an event 🌟

Such a pleasure catching up with many of you today. In the physio room I was impressed with the high performance behaviours and ‘rider athlete’ plans in action 💥 💪 🙌

Many thanks Boneo Park , Cassie, Aengus, Greta and team, officials, volunteers and sponsors for making these events happen 🙏 4CYTE by Interpath Equestrian Australia Australian Institute of Sport | AIS _

🗓️ I’m taking booking for one Sunday a month to do club visits. It was a pleasure to visit Yarrambat Horse & Pony Club this month to discuss and demonstrate all things; “The Rider Athlete,
Performance optimisation and injury prevention for young riders”🐴 💙

Agreed! Come on riders, if you aren’t already, let’s do something about this 🙌

✈️ I’m home! 🏡

5 out of the last 6 weeks OS - it’s been a whirlwind but happy to be settling back into ‘normality’ and back to the ponies, pups and looking forward to catching up with you all.

📱 Please reach out again if I’ve missed your call or message whilst in transit.

Congrats to all who competed at the OTT Carnival on the weekend - sad I missed it - it looked epic 🎡 🐴 🏆 ☀️

🗣️ Canter con 2026..

It was a privilege and an honour to be invited to present on my ‘soap box’ - rider health, fitness and injury management at this first of a kind Coaches Conference last month. The conference attracted about 500 Pony Club Australia Riding for the Disabled Association Australia (RDAA) and Equestrian Australia coaches from across Australia to the Melbourne Showgrounds.

Thank you to all of you who made presenting at this event super fun - I loved your engagement during the practical and lecture. Big thanks to the event organisers for your huge efforts on pulling such an event off 🎉

Cheers to our incredible Australian Equestrian Team 🇦🇺 🦘🌟

It was an absolute pleasure to assist you and work alongside the legendary Erin as Team Physio’s on your WEG adventure 🤩

📈 Off the charts grit, determination and horsemanship on display and I’m pleased with the growing ‘rider athlete’ ethos amongst the group.

Major curveballs asides, there were many highlights over the past 3 weeks to reflect back on as I flick through my Utopia Equestrian Estate and Aachen photos I haven’t yet shared.

Safe travels to the team and horses ✈️
I can’t wait to see you all again soon, especially Bridg and Macey doing their thing 🐴🌟 Thank you Equestrian Australia Australian Institute of Sport | AIS Gary Lung Jessie Downs Dianne Barnes Ply Dianne Saunders Jodie Barnes 𝐌𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬-𝐈𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐬 ~ 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧🇦🇺 Bridget Murphy Thistlepaddock Lisa Martin Julia Battams Deon Stokes and Sara Price Mary Warren

🙏 OrthoSport Eschweiler | Orthopädie & Sportmedizin 🇩🇪 Dr Cornelia van Hauten and team, thank you so much for welcoming an Australian team physio into your incredible facility for a walk through and demonstration of your assessment protocol for your riders.

🌎 The only facility in the world combining multiple technologies together to create 3D modeling of the riders spine and pelvis whilst using the gold standard simulator - Racewood
IMU treadmill, EMG, gym, MRI onsite, wow, so well equiped - your riders are extremely lucky.

You were so generous with your time, thanks a million. I look forward to you to visiting Australia so we can collaborate further 🇦🇺🫶🇩🇪
