Looking for something meaningful, creative, and fun for your child these holidays?

Reflections and feelings that children share during my classes are pretty special.

Here’s one from Clara yesterday with her gorgeous artwork.

It’s really exciting when children share and talk about their feelings - feeling happier or calmer, feeling less anxious, feeling more confident and creative.

I was chatting to my mum the other day about how well they are expressing themselves, writing down their thoughts and feelings. Mum remarked how incredible it was that they are expressing themselves so clearly in this way.

They truly are incredible.
I am very blessed to share these moments.

A fun and nurturing class where children can:

✨ Stretch and unwind

Love the stillness of the soldier crabs as I admire the sunset.

They were enjoying their world, playing and digging in the sand until they felt a vibration. My footsteps.

In an instant, they start to disappear, busily burying themselves in the sand. Waiting. Listening…

It made me think it was similar to us in some ways.

To move freely and mindfully, when it feels right.
To pause and listen, when something feels off.
To retreat, not in fear but in wisdom.
To honour our own rhythm.
And to continue to rise and shine at our own pace, when it feels right.
