This Thursday I am holding a special healing circle for just five participants.

Together, we will share in meditation, kinesiology, and group hypnosis.

✨ We’ll begin with a gentle meditation to ground and centre.

✨ Using kinesiology, we’ll uncover the core issue that is creating stress in your body.

✨ Then, through group hypnosis, we’ll release and heal all five issues together.

That means for only $25, you receive five healings in one session.

Often what we discover is that many of us carry similar stressors—such as anxiety—so when one person’s issue is addressed, the healing benefits ripple through to everyone present.

This small group healing session is designed to help you release long-term stress, reconnect with your body, and feel grounded again. You’ll experience a powerful blend of five healing modalities in one session:

• Guided Meditation
• Hypnotherapy
• Kinesiology

This is deep work in a gentle space — created for anyone needing time to decompress, reconnect, and heal alongside others in a shared, supportive environment. As we connect to our REAL ISSUES through Kinesiology, we’ll heal them with Hypnotherapy.
