Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full body Hawaiian Massage that brings the body into balance, by harmonising the heart, body, mind and spirit. It is a very nurturing, powerful and detoxifying massage that works by cleansing the lymphatic system, soothing the mind, relieving muscle tension and clearing the meridian lines in the body. e, that is potentially life changing. The massage is performed with a conscious intent on channelling loving energy. I work intuitively to release blockages and no two massages will be exactly the same sequence. The massage begins with using flowing dance like rhythms up one whole side of the body at a time. The stroke works from foot to shoulder in a seamless movement which has been described as feeling similar to the flow of ocean waves. Elements of nature are drawn upon by the occasional use of a hot ocean stone, shell or crystal. During the session I may use a metal singing bowl, specially blended essential oils and meditative music help facilitate the healing process. Lomi Lomi works with long, flowing, fluid movements which are hypnotic and deeply relaxing. Benefits of Lomi Lomi:
