When we are present, grateful and incorporate love in all we do (from the big things, right down to the little) not only does the world around us look a little brighter but that vibration of love is reciprocated - what you do ends up loving you back….

For example here’s my morning coffee which i always infused with love and a little reiki + a slice of my homemade sourdough…. which has been lovingly mix, stretched, folded, allowed to ferment, shaped, scored and baked….. sharing its love by not only as a beautifully tasting preservative free bread but literally sending me love heart 💕

Had this little fella visit us this morning and love how they always remind me to not take life so seriously and let yourself have a laugh. Also to look for the light when you’re surrounded by dark, to always speak up and to do your best at staying present.

Spiritually they hold meaning around joy, healing, and community; as well as signifies positive change, good luck, and a reminder to connect with nature.

Lastly, Kookaburra’s draw our attention to family and relationships….. and with mother’s day tomorrow, take sometime to acknowledge the divine feminine/mothers/women in your lives. The ones that constantly show up with all-loving, forgiving and a nurturing force, that continually hold loving space for you in their own special way and make you feel you’d always have a safe space to land. I’m talking about the grandmothers, mothers, stepmothers, mother-in-laws, sisters, sister-in-law, aunties, cousins, friends, teachers, colleagues and pets that surround you….Send them all deep deep love and gratitude for the connection and for being present & showing you that special love 💗

I truly believe we are all co-creators of our lives and are capable of deep self healing; and at the same time believe how empowering it can be asking for additional support or assistance.

Our body is a barometer of our internal and external worlds and it’s always communicating with us. With energy healings we assist in balancing the energy bodys that layer around our physical and bring all these bodies back into alignment, where they cohesively flow together.

Out of all the energy body’s, the physical body can often be the last to feel this alignment and can sometimes need a little additional support after a session - like the use of massage, dance, yoga, breath work, exercise or intentional movement; to help transmute any residual blockages felt on or in the physical body.

April really held some intense energys collectively for us all but noticed personally it was bring up some residual grief and sadness. I held space for my grief, letting myself feel it fully and then allowed myself to move with it. I then honored it with a healing and some intention movement. I don’t believe grief is a sign of weakness, that like Matt Frazers says “It is the soul's way of honoring a love or connection that changed you forever.”

I had notice in particular for the last week or so - that I had a tight neck, sore shoulders, and a spot where my arm/shoulder meet my chest (which in traditional Chinese medicine is the Lu 1 point; a acupressure point for many things… one being grief), I also know that the tightness was located around the heart and throat chakras - centers that are linked to love/grief and expression. All Indicating that this was some residue blocked grief and it was my body’s way of showing me that the healings had worked, bring it from those outer levels and was now at the surface, ready to be released.

Yesterday, the last day of April - i paid a visit to Selena at Tree of Life Massage and Wellbeing. We discussed what my body was feeling physically and that I was aware it was linked to some grief. I am deeply grateful that Selena was able to used massage to assist me in physically moving the residual block from my lu1 point, neck and shoulders; whist also holding space for me to feel any emotion with the release 💕💫

Today feeling wonderful, thought I’d share the reminder to communicate to your bodies… the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - to send love and healing to those bodies and observe what they say back….. that it’s not one big thing but the culmination of all the steps you take…. and also that it can be empowering to seek addition support, when needed.
