Stress builds it. Bad sleep deepens it. Week after week, it settles into the muscle until it’s not really tension anymore, it’s just your norm.

But muscle only holds on when it doesn’t feel safe to let go. That’s the work of remedial massage… not just easing tightness, but creating enough calm in the body that it finally can.

Contracts have been signed, the keys are in our hands, builders have been briefed and the renovations are officially underway. 🛠️

And we’re SO excited to be bringing CM SKIN x LK HAIR x KAVANAH CARE together under one roof.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be taking you behind the scenes as we watch this space transform. From renovations and big decisions to all the little details that will make it feel like us… you’re coming along for the ride.
