I’m so grateful to have such a diverse schedule, with teachers who each bring their own unique energy, wisdom and heart. Every class is different, but the intention is always the same: to create a space where you feel welcome, supported and cared for.

It’s the people who hold the space that make it truly special. 🤍

If only there was a camera rolling behind the scenes because honestly… Hulu needs to create a reality series on what it’s actually like owning a studio 😂

One minute I’m teaching yoga and lighting candles, the next I’m dealing with a leaking roof, teachers needing a cover, emails, payroll, cleaning, admin, and being a mum!

Owning a studio is equal parts sanctuary, chaos, heart, problem-solving and putting out little fires all day long.

Studio owners I see you! It’s a devotional act running a boutique community business.
