I’m looking for a physiotherapist to join me at Centred Ground in Bowden.
We’re a small, growing physiotherapy-led allied health collective, and I’m looking for someone who values thoughtful, relationship-based care rather than high-volume appointments.
The role is flexible and would start at around 15 hours per week, with scope to increase as the caseload grows.
What makes the role a little different is the way we work: 45–60 minute appointments, time built in for notes and payments, a strong hands-on MSK focus, and enough space to really get to know your patients and work out what’s going on properly.
I’m looking for someone who is warm, reliable, clinically thoughtful, comfortable working autonomously and motivated to build their own caseload within the practice.
Around 2–3 years of private practice/MSK experience is preferred, although I’d also be happy to hear from an exceptional early-career physio who feels strongly aligned with the way we work.
The role is casual initially, with award-aligned pay plus a productivity-based incentive, and there is genuine scope for the position to grow over time.
If you’re interested, or know someone who might be a great fit, please get in touch.
And if you know a physio who might be looking for something a little more relationship-focused and less high-volume, I’d really appreciate you sharing this with them.
