⚠️ Important Parking & Safety Update ⚠️
To our valued clients,
We would like to advise everyone attending 126 Soldiers Road that the neighbouring property owners of 124 Soldiers Road have recently imposed changes to the parking layout on their property and have formally notified us in writing that our staff, contractors, clients and visitors are not permitted to park on, enter, or use any part of their property, including for access between 126 Soldiers Road and Robe Street.
These changes were made independently of us and are completely outside of our control.
As a result, vehicle movements around our clinic have changed considerably. The neighbouring property has also recently installed additional CCTV infrastructure as part of these changes.
As many of you are aware, we provide care to DVA veterans, older Australians, NDIS participants, WorkCover clients, Medicare patients and people recovering from injury or surgery. Their safety remains our highest priority.
We are concerned that these recent changes have reduced manoeuvring space and increased the need for extra caution when reversing due to the altered traffic flow around the premises. We have formally raised these safety concerns with the relevant authorities and will continue advocating for an outcome that ensures safe access for everyone attending the premises.
We kindly ask you to:
* Park only within the designated parking areas at 126 Soldiers Road.
* Drive slowly and take extra care when entering and exiting.
* Take extra care when reversing, as traffic may now be travelling in both directions adjacent to the angled parking bays.
* Please be patient and courteous while navigating the car park.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while adapting to these changes implemented by the neighbouring property owners of 124 Soldiers Road.
The health, safety and accessibility of our clients will remain our number one priority.
