To maximize comfort for your baby while the circumcision is ongoing, a sugar pacifier will be provided!

Studies show that sweets minimize babies' perception of pain.

We can also be persuaded to give parents sugar pacifiers but you would have to be really persuasive!

What can I expect my baby to be like after the
circumcision?

It is not unusual for a baby to sleep for 6-8 hours after the procedure, but we encourage you to wake him for feeds. Some babies will be irritable for several minutes to hours afterward. Most babies are back to their usual selves by the next day or two.
