Today is Cancer Council Australia Daffodil Day.

Cancer touches almost all of us, but there's real reason for hope. Thanks to advances in research and early detection, survival rates of cancer have increased significantly over the past 40 years. According to Cancer Council, survival rates have increased from approximately 46% to 72% . That's thousands more lives saved every year.

You can help fund the next breakthrough by donating or volunteering this Daffodil Day 💛

And remember, prevention is better than cure. It starts with small steps:
✅ Don't put off that scan or check-up
🚶 Walk instead of drive, when you can
🍎 Swap the sweet treat for fruit now and then

Small changes add up. And if someone you know is going through cancer treatment, a kind word or a listening ear can mean more than you think.

This week is Breastfeeding Awareness Week!

Did you know your pharmacist can be a real support during your breastfeeding journey, especially when it comes to medicines?

💊 If you're breastfeeding and need to take any medication, always mention it to your pharmacist or midwife. It only takes a moment, and it means they can check what's safe for you and your little one.

👶 Here's some reassurance: while small traces of most medicines can pass into breast milk, the amounts are usually tiny — and the vast majority of medicines are perfectly safe to take while breastfeeding.
