WINTER SOLSTICE | MID-YEAR RESET
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the turning point toward longer days.
Psychologically, seasonal rituals can create a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally transition into a new chapter.
As we reach the midpoint of the year, many people notice physical fatigue, mental overload, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves.
