The body keeps score. Yin + sound helps it put the pen down.
Headphones on. Eyes closed. The world outside disappears, and itโs just you, the vibration, and stillness.
You sink into a shape and stay. Minutes pass โ 3, 4, 5. Long enough that muscles stop resisting and something deeper starts to soften: the fascia, the connective tissue that quietly holds years of tension, old stories, things you never had words for.
The sound moves through you before your mind can interfere. No thinking your way there. No performing the release. Just enough safety, enough stillness, for the body to finally exhale โ to unclench what itโs been holding onto for a very long time.
And then โ space. In the joints. In the breath. In the chest. Somewhere between the muscle and the mind, something that was stuck starts to move again.
This isnโt stretching. Itโs remembering how to let go.
