Even reading the labels doesn’t ensure against deceiving the public - lead chromate found in the turmeric ! What a joke ! Growing your own veggies where you can - who can you trust ?! I hope these brands get a whopping fine .

If I have seemed distant lately I just wanted to let everyone know will be out of action for several weeks due to some surgery I have to have done . Unfortunately have to have a hysterectomy after managing endometriosis and ademyosis for years , I have post meno issues that I don’t really want to mess with . All this happens on Friday and am not particularly looking forward to the recovery process , but will be worth it in the end . I am in exactly the right place for this to be done , not having to worry about Griffith , at home with my husband and a great surgeon in Canberra - see you on the other side of this ♥️ below is my regimen that I have made for myself , detoxing, antinflam, circulation and lymphatic herbs , healing herbs for the reproductive system , and contrary to the belief that is being sold to women , oestrogen lowering herbs due to past Endo . Your adrenals and fat cells create its own oestrogen after menopause, and giving more oestrogen is not the answer for women who have had Endo . I hope this helps somebody in my situation manage their symptoms!
