Physio vs Practice Manager. We practice what we preach.

This is genuinely how our team spends the gaps between patients. A quick challenge, a bit of competition, everyone testing each other and having a laugh while they’re at it. We talk to our patients about movement being medicine every day, so it only makes sense we live it ourselves. Watch to the end to see who took round one. Round two is already being planned.

Big progress at our new Joyner clinic — the walls are now up, and we can finally see the layout taking shape. It’s exciting to watch the space come together and imagine how it will soon support our community.
