School holiday intensives are here again!
Leo had a blast in his intensive last holidays and worked hard every day.
Intensives provide the opportunity to work on a specific goal and target the skills for it with high repetition and load to increase strength and motor pathways.

Physio intensive are a great way to achieve physio goals for many children - whether it be achieving new milestones, reducing falls or some sport specific skills.
Some people also do intensive blocks instead of regular weekly therapy due to busy term life and their child’s responsiveness to different approaches.
