Today has been one of those milestone days.
Over the years I've had the privilege of listening to thousands of people share their stories, their challenges and their triumphs.
Again and again I've heard people say...
"I wish someone had explained this to me years ago."
That has become the inspiration behind a brand-new section on the De-Stress and be HAPPY website called Pathways to HAPPY.
It's a collection of practical resources designed to help people better understand themselves and explain their experiences to the people around them.
The first resource is The Guide to Your Spoonsβa simple way of understanding everyday energy and why some days look very different from others.
If you've ever struggled to explain your fatigue, pain, overwhelm or limited energy, I hope this resource helps.

As always, thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their stories over the years. Your courage continues to help others.

Have you ever found yourself thinking...
π "Why can I do something one day, but not the next?"
π "Why am I exhausted after doing something that seems so simple?"
π "Why don't other people understand how much energy everyday life takes?"
You're not alone.
That's exactly why I've added a new page to the De-Stress and be HAPPY website.

One of the resources you'll discover is The Guide to Your Spoons β a simple way of understanding how much energy everyday activities can use.
For many people, Spoon Theory becomes more than just an explanation.
It becomes a way to:
π₯ understand themselves
π₯ explain their day to family and friends
π₯ make thoughtful choices with the energy they have today
π₯ realise they're not alone.
Success looks different for everyone. Understanding your spoons can help you make thoughtful choices about what matters most to you.
There's also a free downloadable guide you can keep on your phone, print for your fridge, or share with someone who may find it helpful.
Sometimes understanding begins with something simple.
