Creamy chicken curry and rice ! Features layered cooking ! The coconut rice cooks in a Bundt tin in the varoma while the curry cooks underneath 😍 so tasty and so easy to make ! Best part is with Thermy you know what’s in your food 😍 There is also another version on Cookidoo where you do cauliflower rice instead of coconut rice in the varoma with it ! Fresh fragrant delicious Tandori paste ! Oh that smell and being able to make your own so easily with the help of a Thermomix !!! This can be used in recipes , a Tandori marinade with coconut cream , and even as a pizza base topping !

End of the school term means start of my holidays 🙂 Decided with Thermy and my daughters help to do a pasta feast 🙂 Mary me chicken pasta and creamy pistachio pasta ! Rhylie did the creamy pistachio pasta in the TM7 (a TM7 only recipe) using the open lid function and I did the marry me chicken pasta in my TM6. (The Mary me chicken pasta also has a TM7 version featuring open lid . So check Cookidoo for which version your after )

This ticked all the boxes !!!! Fakeaway Mongolian beef noodles !!! Highly recommend this one!!!!My favourite thing about my Thermomix is the access to guided recipes on Cookidoo and discovering new recipes !!! With over 90000 and continually being added too it really does cater to all diets and tastes !!! I was never a confident cook, used a lot of jars, satchets and convenience type products . Thermy makes me look good and helps me make things cheaper, tastier using fresh ingredients 🙂 know what’s in your food 🙂

Bananna bread !!! So much cheaper making your own and you know what’s in it !!!! Let thermy do the heavy lifting !! I didn’t have buttermilk so used normal
Milk with a splash of lemon juice . I’ve also replaced buttermilk with almond milk before .

Egg plant bake !!! Even my lasagne loving daughter loves this one !!! Sooo good and easy to prep with Thermy 🙂 I skipped the breadcrumbs and Thyme as I wanted to refine my carbs and was happy with the result 🙂 I also added some chopped sundried tomatoes at the end 🙂

When you have overnight guests breakfast pots for the win!!!! I did normal toast not chilli jam toast. And replaced capsicum with sundried tomatoes and subbed ham with diced bacon 🙂 adapted simply to use what I had 🙂 steamed in the varoma in the gorgeous ramikens.
