Are you pregnant after giving birth to a baby you didn't get to take home? Perhaps your last birth happened before you attended any antenatal classes and now pregnant again you would like education that honours your baby who is isn't with you while preparing for a sibling. Do you find yourself wondering where you "fit" now and aren't sure what education option feels right for you? You're a parent, you've experienced birth- but there's no baby. You are welcome. New offering 🤍

I’m often asked about support for those parenting after loss. It’s a place no parent ever imagines themselves reaching—usually only considered when you’re already in the thick of it.

Balancing grief alongside joy (and matrescence) can feel deeply isolating. Everyday baby and parenting moments can land very differently when you carry loss, especially in spaces where others haven’t walked this path. Parenting after loss can feel incredibly lonely.
Grief doesn’t disappear when a baby arrives—it weaves itself into the everyday.

This group offers a place of support, understanding, and shared experience—where the complexity of parenting after loss is held with care, and where you won’t need to explain yourself. You will be deeply understood.

You are welcome to book an appointment at any time to discuss anything in your pregnancy. Planning for postpartum starts well before baby arrives too.

And now you wait.
With no injections, no alarms, no bloods or scans, no updates...just wait. And hope (but not too much).
But what if you bleed? And what is that pain? Should you take a home pregnancy test? Can you use a hot pack? Can you take Panadol? Can you go for a run? What if feelings of past loss come up for you? What was that twinge? What if you get sick while waiting?
So many questions and often so little support in your TWW.
For those of you who are embarking on a TWW, a free "check in" phone call during your TWW will be offered for anyone who books for support during this time. Help with the waiting and to answer the questions that may pop up.

Experiencing embryo loss during IVF can be an incredibly isolating and emotional journey. This type of loss can feel disenfranchised as often embryo loss is common (or even expected!) during the IVF period. The loss of an embryo can mean the heartbreaking end to a fertility journey.
Making embryos is hard on your body and mind. There is a lot of pressure to "do everything right" to ensure the perfect environment that will allow for a "good number" of follicles to be collected so many embryos can be made.
If you're on the roller coaster of preparing your body, injecting, waiting or growing embryos- please know support exists for you. And for those who are at the end of their embryo making journey- my heart is with you- I see you. An embryo may be small; but this loss is not.

Many women think they need support in pregnancy...& then they take a baby home and realise they have no postnatal care as part of their pregnancy package.
Adjusting to life with a newborn can come with challenges.
Offer a friend or colleague a gift they will appreciate - a home visit from a professional and experienced midwife.
