Reflecting and Feeling so grateful . 💙

I truly have the most amazing clients, and I feel incredibly blessed.

It’s a privilege not only to help ease your pain and discomfort or provide some much-needed self-care, but also to be part of your journey. Along the way, you become part of mine too.

Thank you for your trust, your support, the chats, the laughs, and for choosing AJ Remedial Massage. I never take it for granted and feel so fortunate to do what I love every day.

Thank you for allowing me to care for you. 🙏💙

Omg!! This!! As the old saying goes motion is lotion, just gotta find the right one for you…😊

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately… there’s a good reason! 😊

I’ve been doing what I love most—looking after my wonderful clients.

When my treatment room is full, my focus is exactly where it should be: helping people move better, feel better, and take some much-needed time for themselves. That means social media sometimes takes a back seat.

To every client who has trusted me with their care, recommended me to family and friends, or simply kept coming back—thank you. Your support means the world to me and allows me to keep doing what I’m so passionate about.

I’m still here, just a little busier behind the scenes with hands-on healing. 💆‍♀️💙

See you on the massage table!

❤️ This!!! 🙌
Just sitting here appreciating that my client took the time to send me this message, and honestly… this is why I love what I do.

It’s never just about the treatment — it’s about helping people move better, feel better, and get back to living without pain. Seeing someone go from struggling to walk, to messaging me saying they “can move again” makes every early morning and long day worth it.

Grateful for the trust my clients put in me 💙
