We are on a mission to design, build, and deliver health and disability services that resolve complexity and empower individuals to achieve improved health and well-being. We support people from all walks of life, including children, adults, refugees, asylum seekers, international students, migrants, and their spouses, offering a range of specialist mental health programs and offer NDIS services that promote emotional and social wellbeing and reduce the risk of mental illness.

Fortify is a clinical health and community organisation built for complexity.

We work across nursing, mental health, disability, positive behaviour support, allied health, psychosocial programs and community connection.

We are often called when the usual pathway has stalled, the systems do not join up or a team needs stronger clinical direction. We bring people together, work through barriers and keep the individual not the system at the centre.

We solve problems.

We push past barriers.

We challenge systems to work better around the person.

Did you know why we have a marble as our logo?

It represents the individual the person whose life, strengths, needs and goals should remain at the centre of every decision.

The two surrounding arcs represent informal supports, such as family and friends, and formal supports, such as clinicians and service providers. Neither circle is complete alone. Care works best when the whole support system finds balance around the person.
