Working with Suzanne Kelleher, a collection of artwork has been carefully curated for Rockpool Northshore Hamilton, with each piece bringing its own story, meaning and inspiration to the spaces around it.

At Rockpool, we believe some of the best memories are made in the kitchen, handed down through generations, shared at family gatherings, or perfected after years of tweaking.

We want to bring those memories to life here at our home, and we need your help!

📖 Send us your favourite recipe... A cherished family classic, a comfort food staple, or something you just can't get enough of, and it could feature in something special here at Rockpool. We're exploring ways to showcase them around our home, so keep an eye out for how your recipe might come to life!

📸 If you have a photo of your recipe, we would love to see it! Whether it's a handwritten card passed down from Grandma, a well-loved cookbook page, or a snap of the dish itself.

📣 We're hiring | Rostering & Workforce Manager

We're looking for a Rostering & Workforce Manager to join the founding team at Rockpool Residential Aged Care Northshore Hamilton, opening in November 2026.

This is a rare opportunity to help commission a brand-new home, where you'll help shape the workforce, rostering systems and culture from day one, rather than stepping into an established operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead workforce planning, recruitment coordination, rostering and office administration, supporting the home's Concierge team while ensuring every shift is covered and every new team member is set up for success.

At Rockpool Residential Aged Care, our My Day My Way model of care places residents at the centre of everything we do. As part of our founding team, you'll help embed this model of care into the daily operation of the home from the very beginning.
