📣 We're hiring | Rostering & Workforce Manager

We're looking for a Rostering & Workforce Manager to join the founding team at Rockpool Residential Aged Care Northshore Hamilton, opening in November 2026.

This is a rare opportunity to help commission a brand-new home, where you'll help shape the workforce, rostering systems and culture from day one, rather than stepping into an established operation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead workforce planning, recruitment coordination, rostering and office administration, supporting the home's Concierge team while ensuring every shift is covered and every new team member is set up for success.

At Rockpool Residential Aged Care, our My Day My Way model of care places residents at the centre of everything we do. As part of our founding team, you'll help embed this model of care into the daily operation of the home from the very beginning.

Guess who’s coming to Banyo… Rockpool Residential Aged Care.

A meaningful step forward, bringing “Vibrant with Life” to a new neighbourhood.

Melissa Argent joined the Deputy Premier, Jarrod Bleijie MP and Economic Development Queensland to mark our arrival to the new Banyo precinct.

We are proudly both the developer and long-term aged care operator, we l will deliver a 180 room home, welcoming residents and creating over 250 local jobs.
