Just an update on our Christmas opening hours this year:

Tuesday 23rd December – Friday 26th December: closed
Monday 29th December – Wednesday 31st December: open
Thursday 1st January – Monday 26th January: closed
Tuesday 27th January: open and back to usual trading hours for 2026.

Lets all take a moment to check if you're clenching! If your teeth are touching, seperate them gently now, and take a breath in through your nose and let you jaw relax as you breath out.

Remember: If you're teeth are touching, your are biting your lip, biting your cheek, biting your tongue, creating a suction in your mouth, pushing your tongue into your teeth - these are all signs of clenching. We can help reduce our clenching habits throughout the day by being more aware of our jaw posture, however if you're struggling to hold this position or experiencing any pain we'd recommend booking in for a full assessment to see what else is contributing.

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closed next week from May 2nd - June 13th for an extended break. During this time all bookings can be made online, however please remember online bookings can only be made 6 weeks in advance, any appointments outside this date will not be visible online. New appointments become available daily, so we recommend checking back regularly!

Wow, just like that another year is nearly behind us! I just wanted to get in early to say a huge thank you to everyone for their continued support this year. I am so thankful for each and every patient I have had the pleasure of treating in the clinic and I hope everyone has some well deserved RnR planned for the Christmas break. There are only a couple of follow up appointments left for the year, so please head online for any last minute bookings.

December 23-27th - closed
Dec 30-31st open with limited availability
Jan 1-3rd - closed
January 6th: Back to regular trading
