Today we're sending lots of love to our amazing Float Attendant Jess as she begins her maternity leave and prepares to welcome a beautiful baby girl into the world! 👶🎀

Meet Jackson ✨
Jackson utilises a range of techniques to assist with pain management, injury recovery, mobility and stress reduction. He has treated a large range of clients including beginner - body building gym goers, and professional athletes like Brisbane Lions, Brisbane Dolphins, Swimmers, Ion-mans, Hyrax, Marathons and runners.
Jackson has a strong background in health and fitness, with experience in squad swimming, running, gym training, dance, and a Certificate III in Fitness.
At 15 years old, he experienced a significant running-related muscle injury that required three months of rehabilitation. Through that recovery process, he gained valuable insight into injury prevention, rehabilitation, and the importance of proper movement and recovery strategies. This experience sparked his passion for helping others recover effectively, reduce the risk of injury, and maintain their physical wellbeing through evidence-based care.
Jackson finds fulfilment in helping people and making them feel better even if all they need is to relax during a stressful time or help in their recovery journey.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements to create an even more comfortable environment for our community.
✨ Please keep an eye on our social media pages, as there may be opportunities for us to reopen at a reduced capacity during this period. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
