A little sunshine, a few swings and a lot of fun for a great cause.

Some of the Aura team hit the green at the Fairways to Fight MS Charity Golf Day at Ashgrove Golf Club last Friday.

Together, the day raised an incredible $19,431.57 for MS Queensland, taking the event’s five-year fundraising total to more than $65,000.

It was great to be part of such a fantastic day!

We were proud to welcome delegates from the 2026 National Retirement Living Summit to Kingsford Terrace Corinda, this week as part of the summit's official site tours.

Guests had the opportunity to explore our community facilities and tour Radcliffe, the newest completed stage of Kingsford Terrace, while learning more about our vision for creating connected, low-maintenance communities where residents can continue to enjoy the lifestyle and neighbourhood they love.

A big thank you to our wonderful team members who shared their knowledge and passion for retirement living throughout the day. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase Kingsford Terrace and the vibrant community our residents call home.

What a day!

More than 300 residents, families, friends and local community members joined us at Somerset Indooroopilly Community Open Day, making it the largest event held at the village to date.

From resident choir performances, art exhibitions and craft displays to live entertainment, family activities, delicious food and a cooking demonstration by Sarah Stowe from Garnishes Catering, the day was filled with connection, laughter and community spirit.

One of the highlights was seeing Somerset residents proudly share their talents, stories and hobbies with visitors. Their warmth and enthusiasm created an atmosphere that perfectly reflected what makes Somerset such a special place to live.

Thank you to everyone who attended, including Cr Penny Wolff, our residents, team members, and the wider community. Together, you helped create a memorable day that celebrated connection, belonging and the vibrant lifestyle on offer at Somerset Indooroopilly.

Following the exciting news of The Pavilion North Kirra being named a finalist in the National Retirement Living Awards, we are proud to continue the momentum next month at the Property Council National Retirement Living Summit.

We look forward to welcoming industry leaders to Kingsford Terrace Corinda, as part of the official summit site tours.

It is an honour to showcase our community and share the Aura approach to retirement living with delegates from across Australia.
