12 months with this guy and some big performance milestones.

As I always say….nothing sexy. Just pure consistency. Showed up, did the work, and chased the numbers

Longest time away was 10 days and that was for a tournament.

And not a single weight was put away in 12 months…..

Will miss ya on the gym floor mate and we’ll be watching closely while you’re over there

This young man and his family have played a big role in the trajectory of my career and the growth of our business over the past 3 years

He was one of the first through our ACL program and first to join our performance program - and from there his family sung our praises and played a big role in helping to put us on the map for rehab and performance in the area

Through all the ups and downs with his knee, and all the hamstring cramps 🤦 he’s kept his head up and puts in the work every session - and currently just topped our jump height leaderboard with a 56cm jump height. Him and his brother bring a vibe to the gym floor..…whereby I couldn’t imagine not having them apart of our program

To the OG, the king of Rehab, Happy Birthday bra. Much love ❤️
