If you’re feeling overwhelmed, short on time, and unsure where to start… this is for you.

My parent courses were created for families navigating ADHD, autism and behavioural challenges. They’re designed to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected, without the pressure to be perfect.

You’ll get simple tools, step-by-step support, and practical strategies you can use right away.

One mum told me, “I finally feel like I understand my child, and myself.”
You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Your calm matters too.

Ever feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells, around your child and yourself?

When your child lives in fight-or-flight mode, it’s easy to find yourself stuck there too.

You’re exhausted. Depleted. Overwhelmed.
And the hardest part? It feels like no one truly gets it.

Here’s the truth: parenting doesn’t have to be this isolating.
Working on your own regulation isn’t selfish, it’s one of the most powerful things you can do for your child.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re running on empty, let’s talk.
You don’t have to do this alone.

💬 Comment “same” if this is your daily reality. I’m here and listening.

Hey parents, have you ever found yourself hoping your child will just “grow out of it”? In this new episode of Parent Like a Psychologist, I talk about what happens when needs go unmet, and why waiting can sometimes make things harder.

You’ll learn why early support matters, how unmet needs can snowball into bigger challenges, and what to look out for if things aren’t staying the same.

If you’ve been wondering whether now is the right time to get support, this episode will help you reflect and decide with confidence.

They don’t always show up as big meltdowns or diagnosis paperwork.

Sometimes the red flags are quiet:
💬 You tiptoe around your child’s moods.
💬 You dread the parts of the day that other families seem to breeze through.
💬 You wonder why all the “usual” advice just doesn’t land.

These moments feel small, but when they pile up, they become heavy.

They’re not signs of failure.

They’re signs your child may need a different kind of support,
and you deserve support too.

Save this for a day when you need reassurance that you're not the only one feeling this way.
