Just 3 days left to secure your spot at Sleep Matters before registrations close.

We’re now at 100+ attendees, and this has genuinely turned into something really special.

The room we’ve created is exactly what we hoped for — clinicians from different backgrounds all coming together to look at the same patient through a different lens.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is probably your moment.
We’ve got speakers covering sleep, psychology, hormones, nutrition, ENT, pain, bodywork — all bringing their own perspective, but all connecting back to the same thing.

It’s not about learning more for the sake of it… it’s about finally connecting the dots and being able to apply it in practice.
If you’re seeing patients (which we all are), this will land.

Meet our speaker...

🎙️ A new episode of Inside Sleep Matters is now live.

In this episode, Dr Karina Patel speaks with osteopath Dr Natalie Moore about why women’s sleep needs to be understood in the context of breathing, body patterns, and nervous system regulation.

They discuss how treating symptoms in isolation can miss the bigger picture, and why a more integrated approach is essential when supporting women’s health and sleep.

This episode highlights the importance of multidisciplinary care, a core theme of Sleep Matters 2026.
