Sometimes I feel like Iā€™m living between two worlds.

One foot firmly grounded in herbal medicine, where Iā€™m often immersed in clinical studies, research and the science behind the medicines I work with.

And another in wānanga and wairua-led spaces, where Iā€™m exploring things that donā€™t always fit neatly within the language of science ā€” frequency, dimensions, timelines and the deeper layers of healing and connection.

For a long time, Iā€™ve felt like I had to keep these worlds separate. But Iā€™m learning that I donā€™t have to choose between them.

I want to create space for both.

For me, this means continuing to offer herbal medicine while also bringing forward the practices of romiromi and mirimiri creating an offering where these different ways of understanding and supporting wellbeing can sit alongside one another.

So, Iā€™m opening up romiromi and mirimiri appointments alongside my herbal medicine consultations.

For the first little while, all romiromi and mirimiri sessions will be offered by koha.

It is something to enter with respect.

For generations, this knowledge has been carried through relationshipā€”between people, the land, the body, and spirit.

The work isn't about chasing quick answers.
It is about slowing down enough to listen.

To the body.
To the breath.
To what has always been present.

Every session, every wānanga, every moment of connection is an invitation to return to what is real.

We're looking for a place to hold two upcoming wānanga in South East Queensland or Northern NSW,

We're searching for a venue for:
šŸŒæ Late November
šŸŒæ Early December

Ideally, we're looking for a space that offers:
ā€¢ Accommodation for up to 20 people
ā€¢ A kitchen where we can prepare and share meals together
ā€¢ Indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for wānanga

Our hope is to find somewhere we can frequently hold wānanga at an affordable price. While still providing the space we need
