Hi all, I promised an update as to what has been happening recently...well here it is...

In early Sept we were in Paluma NP on our way south, I unfortunately caused myself an injury, tripping over a fence in the dark (whilst holding a torch, not on...smh)
We finished our journey back to Bris, with help from the lovely Katrina Drew from The Gift Shed Cafe & Health Food finch hatton and my talented wife.

Back in Bris, I was eventually convinced to get an X-ray (sorry Kat) and we got the results just as we started our southbound trip...
Bilateral Pars defect on L5 and a grade 1 Anterolisthesis (3mm).

We discussed options and decided to head to the fabulous team at Entire Clinical Therapies in Queanbeyan, just near Canberra.

After several consults and treatments with a multitude of modalities thrown at me, I have a treatment plan and progress plan for my healing...pain is much reduced, movement increased and much less fear/uncertainty/anxiety.

Absolutely loved the last few days of Victorian coastline and now into South Australia...
What an amazing part of Australia...
Mt Gambier was a treat, so many cool things, sinkholes, volcanoes, craters, coast, beaches and incredible history...

An overnight stop in Thora, exploring Bellingen and Waterfall Way...
We are now heading for Mid-Coast NSW and a 2 day gig at a Tennis tournament...
